Individual Skill Training & Development
The development of each and every player begins with the desire to want to get better each and every day. Development is only possible when the student athlete has the willingness and desire to be coached and properly trained. Every level of play is important and the sooner you become involved in more intense and specific skill training the sooner you will gain the proper recognition and exposure you desire to get to the next level. Elite has a proven track record of building talent and helping players improve in the areas they need growth while continuing to strengthen them in the areas that they are already more advanced in. The Elite development program is geared to shape the complete player not just a specific skill set. Working with all age groups boys and girls Elite tailors every individual session based on the athletes needs not based on a group program, your student athletes direct needs will be addressed and greatly improved upon.
ELITE Basketball Academy
Elite Founder Coach Anthony Cole has spent the last twelve years as a Head Coach at the private prep school level and has a great fondness of the system. The prep school is designed to place student athletes with other peers who have the same desires and goals as they do. This process helps the student athlete concentrate on the academics as well as a more hands on and intense basketball training program as well.The Elite Basketball Academy program plays a national schedule helping you the athlete gain much needed exposure to college programs.The Elite Basketball Academy like other independant prep programs are not bound by state rules and time regulations with the coaching staff, the experience and development helps players increase in skill and development generally tiwce as fast as in the normall high school setting. Elite locates and finds the best college playing situation based on academics and skill set.
COLLEGE RECRUITING
The recruiting process is a stressful and demanding process. This is a process that has many ups and downs. The recruiting process is the greatest strength of the ELITE family. The experience and contacts developed from years of direct contact with college coaches and programs from around the country enables ELITE to target your student athlete directly to those programs that fit the specific talents and skills your student athlete provides. The entire process is based on many different needs and a specific criteria. Our hands on experience and first hand knowledge of the recruiting process and the relationships we have developed are what separates us from any other recruiting service. ELITE markets each student athlete in a specific manner that sets us apart and allows us to have continued success placing student athletes. Our approach is unique and is based on each individual we work with and not a mass marketing or recruiting process that most services use. ELITE works with each student athlete at his or her point of need.
SUMMER LIVE IN TRAINING PROGRAM
ELITE has a summer development and growth program that's designed to help players whose families could not afford a full year of prep school or those who want to improve without the long term commitment to be away from home. The program is a 30 day program or a 45 day program that covers several areas of training and development on and off the court. The process will include weight training, video break down on specific position, skill development with shooting and ball handling. Training will involve learning to better yourself as a team and individual player, The program will help your student athlete develop and focus without all the other distractions they currently face. Each player will be given the individual focus they need to improve and grow.
